Our mission is to provide exceptional bookkeeping, start-up, and advisory services to our clients. We are committed to providing value added services and developing customizable solutions to meet the needs of each client.
We, ourselves, are experienced short-term rental owners who have researched and navigated the start-up, accounting set-up and simplified the monthly accounting involved in the business. Evolve Account Co. was founded when we realized through our own experiences that we could support other property owners looking to navigate the complicated world of accounting.

I’m Kathy, I have spent the last 11 years working in industry, specializing in full cycle accounting and cashflow management for a rapidly growing organization with over $20M in revenue. I own and manage multiple short-term rental properties in a bustling mountain town in Alberta, Canada with my husband. Evolve Account Co. is a dream come to reality for me to help other small business owners, I have a passion for creating relationships and simplifying accounting through modern processes.
I completed my undergraduate degree in Accounting at the University of Saskatchewan, followed by my Chartered Professional Accountancy designation. When I’m not crunching numbers, you can usually find me at the local CrossFit gym or on adventures with my husband, two kids and our family dog. I have a deep desire to create and live a purposeful life, which for me means prioritizing family and self-care, harnessing meaningful relationships, and always stopping to enjoy a good cup of coffee.
